    O.W.N. Brownsville is a unified response to the COVID-19 crisis for the purpose of coordinating services, resources and donation efforts. Led by the Central Brooklyn Economic Corporation, the coalition is made up of businesses, nonprofits, local elected officials and other community organizations in Brownsville.
